Step-by-Step Guide to Mastering Handstands in Under 1 Month
Handstands are a common exercise– whether for a Cross-Fit push-up competition, Yoga inversions, or even the fabled gymnastics Giant. Balancing on your hands is something everyone tried as a child and most adults have long since given up mastering.
Why Everyone Fails
Those who do attempt to learn handstands as an adult do so through throwing themselves up and hoping that they’ll be able to manage to balance. No one considers the simple steps necessary to learn to balance, or mental and physical impediments along the way.
In How To Learn A Handstand Robin Zander walks the reader through all of the steps necessary to go from novice to expert in 20 days, and teaches the 3 reasons most people never master a fearless handstand.
How To Learn A Handstand includes a day-by-day breakdown for learning how to balance a handstand in 20 days. The book also includes 36 videos and 50+ images which detail every step.

How To Do A Handstand Learn To Balance A Fearless Handstand In 20 Days Or Less eBook Robin Peter Zander
This is much more than a book - it's peppered with links to online videos that support the ideas and ensure that the words are clear.Robin is using an approach to skill learning and mastery that is well-proven, but strangely not commonly used: breaking a skill down into accessible chunks and engaging in regular, exploratory practice. If you are at all interested in "just" being able to kick up into a static handstand, or if you're interested in exploring a whole world of possibility of being upside down (and safe!), you can't go wrong with this book and the multimedia supports it provides.

How To Do A Handstand Learn To Balance A Fearless Handstand In 20 Days Or Less eBook Robin Peter Zander Reviews
Like the reading but those videos were very amateur, with no editions at all.
the first steps are very useful.
Not worth it. Don't waste your money.
I was quite disappointed by this. It was sparse in its information and the videos were poorly made.
Overall, beastskills.com or simply googling "how to do a handstand" provides more information.
Most handstand teachers will tell you something along the lines of "Just kick up into and do it over and over again". There's isn't a process and there's little regard for common concerns that beginners to inversion will have.
Robin is the first teacher I've come across that actually has a methodical approach to handstands. He addresses common safety concerns beginners have and gives a sequence on how to go about improving.
As someone that's had to learn handstands the hard way, through trial, error, and injury, I'm glad that Robin has a system to deal with the huge hurdle of going upside down.
If you follow the instructions, you can do it! Or even if yu don't , you will learn something about yourself.....
This book was an amazing learning experience--not only does it teach you step-by-step how to do a handstand, but it discusses common pitfalls and how to have a learning mindset. I've only just started my path to handstands, but I already feel stronger and more confident.
I tried this tips; and although I’ve been practicing handstand for a long time; this book is helping to overcome fears outside the wall.
